This recipe is so super simple, but so outrageously delicious. Serve it on tacos, fajitas, or salad, or serve it with chips as an appetizer. Ripe avocados aren’t always available at the market. If your avocados aren’t ripe when you buy them, place them in a paper bag for a few days. They will ripen up to be nice and soft.
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice from 2 limes
- 1 packet dry guacamole seasoning packet
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- ½ c cilantro, chopped
- Mash avocados. Add lime juice, seasoning packet, pinch of salt, garlic, and cilantro. Taste. Add more salt, as needed.
